You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service shall be filed only in the "Opcinski sud Zagreb" (County Court Zagreb), and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts over any suit, action or proceeding arising out of these Terms of Service.

Notwithstanding any of these Terms of Service, Phoenix-Fly/Volucris d.o.o. reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your permission to use the Site, for any or no reason, and to block or prevent future access to and use of the Site. Phoenix-Fly/Volucris d.o.o. may, in its sole discretion, discontinue or alter any or all aspects of the Site or the services offered thereon at any time without notice.
